Eliminate Procrastination with Hypnosis

Procrastination has been called the thief of time.  What actually prevents us from starting and completing tasks?  I have found that it results from mental blocks, or those things we say to ourselves, often without conscious awareness that limit our potential.  Perfectionism is regarded by some as a defense to protect us from a fear of failure or being judged as not adequate.   Since nothing we do is perfect, procrastination protect us from having judge the results of what we do.  Statements such as “there is so much to do I will never finish it” or “I really don’t know how to do this.”   These self affirmations become crippling and limit our potential.  Using hypnosis we can address these negative internally generated thoughts and reinforce a more positive and confident approach to the demands that life presents.
