Stress Reduction with Hypnosis

Stress reduction is one area where virtually everyone will benefit.  That’s right, 100% of determined people will realize a benefit from using hypnosis to allow them to conquer stress in their lives.  I often hear people say that stress is caused by external events – “that was such a stressful day at work” or “getting the children off to school in the morning is so stressful.”  My observation in working with people is that stress is actually internally generated in response to external event.  Using hypnosis it is possible to modify a person’s reaction to external events and address the set of internal beliefs that result in that stressed out feeling.
